Rhythm Doctor Custom Level - Act 3-3 Political Cage Match

The politician is pretty well characterized, but I've decided to give him a bit more. He's a political rock star in the worst sense, the most important person in the room, doesn't let you speak, loves the sound of his own voice. That kind of thing.
Wanted to give him a solo level, as opposed to being a side character in Classy. After all, why would he want to share the spotlight with two other patients in his debut level? A level he has no dialogue in? One he's not even in all of? Also, it just helps establish him as the "fast beats with skips" guy and can maybe remove the need for the tutorial in Classy.

That being said, this might create an issue with the waiting room. This would of course take Mr. Hugh away from Classy, but would leave no one left to be the stand in for that level. Don't have many solutions either I'm afraid.

As for swing, I think that could use another level too. If it were up to me, I'd put Steinway here since it feels like a really random addition to Act 4. Speaking of, might be some time before I get to act 4. I have ideas, but nothing that doesn't demand at least a modicum of sprite work. It's also the only act I feel doesn't even have a proper boss fight. (Why is it the insomniac is the only one with a hard version?)
