Review of the all new for 2024 Voss 991 Carbon helmet in Stardust. Full carbon fiber shell that has Pinlock and MIPS technology. This is a high quality helmet with soft padding, sound proof material, carbon fiber shell, great air flow and super quiet when riding.
I go over the design and features of this new Voss helmet and give you my first impression. I can tell you that I think it's a lot better than a Ruroc Eox or Ruroc Atlas.
Other features include drop down internal sun visor, it's bluetooth ready with areas to mount speakers for motorcycle com systems, there's an integrated neck gaiter, that cups your neck with soft material and blocks wind and bugs from getting inside, it has a great latch system that I feel is so much better than the old d-ring helmet buckles.
As I did my first ride with the new Voss 991 on my CFMOTO 450SS. I noticed that it was really comfortable. I had very little wind noise, and I believe this is probably the most quiet helmet that I've ever worn. Ventilation and air flow is perfect. It's also go a great field of vision. I can see so much with this light weight full face helmet. Overall I think the new Voss 991 is a solid choice for a helmet.
