Tinawag na inutil ang pinanawagang mag-resign ni Sen. Raffy Tulfo si Food and Drug Administration director general Paolo Teston nitong Martes (Enero 27), sa pagdinig ng Senado tungkol sa mga gamot at supplement na binibenta online nang walang regulasyon. Bitbit ang mga nabiling pekeng gamot mula Quiapo at Binondo sa Maynila, kinuwestiyon ni Tulfo kung bakit hindi ito naaksyunan ng FDA at patuloy itong naibebenta.
