Easy Layering Tissue Paper Card

Today I am starting my September series titled “Colors Are Changing: Mixing and layering colors for a whole new look on your projects”. My goal this month is to have fun with layering colors… from tissue paper to watercolor to other goodies you may already have on hand… let’s have some fun and explore the variety of colors that are the result of layering colors on top of each other.

For today’s video I am starting with tissue paper. Do you save tissue paper out of gifts or other scraps of tissue paper that are too pretty to toss out? I do, but then I need to remember to use them. I believe that "using them" is the difference in the definition between hoarding and stashing craft supplies… if you actually use what you save on your crafting projects then that is stashing rather than hoarding! Right? Please feel free to share your opinion about this in the comments below.
