2016 Ford Focus RS (350hp) - 0-200 km/h acceleration (60FPS)

FAST Autobahn acceleration Run with the 2016 / 2017 Ford Focus RS Mk3 powered by 2.3 liter EcoBoost engine delivering 350 hp and up to 470 Nm of torque through a 6-speed manual and the wicked AWD system. With now 2.800 km on the clock we gave it a first try (and I mean it literally as this was very first try) and tested acceleration without Launch Control first. I think the acceleration figures are already pretty decent as I couldn't find anybody else on the web really beating this around 19 sec. to 200 km/h. A run with Launch Control will follow once the car has a few thousand more km on the clock, also checking if there's still additional power to be freed up. I said it before, this one isn't purely about straight-line performance, therefore it "only" ranks in the area of a manual Golf R or a manual Seat Leon Cupra 290- It' about handling and driving stability, where it is almost a league of its own!
