How to make planters out of clay!

In this video I show you how to throw a planter with a thick rim. I do this by folding the rim. I also include trimming the pot and making a hole in the bottom.

At the end I explain how I glaze it and I show the final result.

I used 1200 grams of clay.

Bisque fire: 1020°C / 1868°F / cone 06
Glaze fire: 1220°C / 2228°F / cone 6
