We’re making a Maine Style Lobster Roll and Connecticut Style Lobster roll, using imitation crab rolls. Simple and a cheap alternative to two amazing Sandwiches!

Recipe:
Maine Style
1 stalk of celery, small diced
2 Tablespoons of fresh dill, minced
1 Tablespoon fresh Parsley minced
½ Cup Dukes Mayo
8 oz Imitation crab logs sliced into chunks
2 Brioche Hot dog Buns
Fresh chives as garnish
Combine the Celery, dill, Parsley, crab, mayo and lemon juice in a medium mixing bowl.
Toast hot dog buns
Place a generous scoop of the crab mixture on the hot dog bun \
Garnish with chives

Connecticut Style
2 Tablespoons of Butter
3 Cloves of Garlic
8 oz Imitation crab logs sliced into chunks
2 Brioche hot dog Buns
Season to taste with Old Bay or Tony Chachere’s
Fresh chives as garnish
Melt the butter in a medium sized pan or skillet
Add garlic and sautee until fragrant
Add imitation crab and season
Sautee for 5 minutes or until hot
Serve on toasted bun and garnish with chives
