what to do with this big chunk of maple?

I've had this big piece of maple crotch in the yard for the last couple years and finally had time to work with it. This video shows one piece that I made from this maple crotch. It will be a rough turn and I'll come back to finish it at a later date but you will see that there were some areas that just were not suitable to leave and the bowl is shorter by about three inches than intended. I am still really happy with the shape of the bowl and like the shallow wide look. It will make a great decoration for someone and perfect to display other items yet have enough room to enjoy the bowl itself.
I am planning to shoot video of the other half being processed so if you like this video check back and look for part 2 at a later date.
