Print this pdf on A4 paper.it has 2 pages that should be cut and glue together. Then put it on fabric straight and cut 8 of the pattern from a thick fabric with little stretch. I'm sure if you watch it completely you can make one without any problem. But any questions you had you can ask in comments.
