With 2 of your Anti-Shield Goblin choices disabled, your choice of defenses are limited. However, this map can be made rather simple if you have a strong Dryad.

5 STAR REQUIREMENTS
====================
Survive all 5 waves
You cannot let a Defense get destroyed
You cannot build any Node defenses
You cannot build any Aura defenses
Do all the above in 1 run

PLAN
=====
Due to the restrictions, your only hope of Anti-Goblin defense is either build projectile towers at angles they can hit the Shield Goblins, use Piercer servos or shield penetration attacks or use Traps. The Dryad's defense pool has strong traps that can also cover multiple lanes if your ranges are high. You will still need to use Blockades to keep back enemies. Make sure they got high health and maybe Protective Downgrade and Hardened Servos if necessary. If you use Towers, make sure they aren't built close to Blockades or can't be targeted.

If you wish to aid in DU splitting, you can let the Window Gates fall and setup your walls before the Throne itself. You will have to factor in Anti-Air defenses if you do this.

The Obelisk can be useful as it's Smite can decimate most enemies at this point in the game and a fully appeased Mystic can turn it into a Flamethrower to repel attackers. The Volcano can also be useful given the size of the map. The Volcano can still do damage to Shield Goblins. Both can also be moved around when necessary.

While you aren't dealing with the more dangerous foes yet, you will need be aware of Kobolds, Javelin Throwers, Drakin and your defenses wasting time on Shield Goblins. Make sure you dispatch the more difficult targets first before you go for the small fry. Also keep an eye out on your Life so you don't get slain.
