COMPASS Orienteering Game - Basics

The COMPASS Orienteering game is a perfect tool for combining outdoor activities with education. The target group ranges from students with no experience in orienteering to professional athletes. The platform is simple, user-friendly and still very flexible. It consists of a web application to create and manage courses and the COMPASS smartphone app to perform the courses.

In this video I will show you the basics of the whole application. First, I will create a new orienteering course. Then, this course is shared by creating a new session. Subsequently, I will use the smartphone application to perform the run as an athlete. Finally, I can review the results in the web application.
