The go kart is a rebuild standard Nissan Micra city car. The car is stripped from all unnecessary junk and a simple roll cage is added. The roll cage stiffens the whole car, and serves as a frame for backseat passengers to hold onto and makes is possible to pull a snowboard etc. The exhaust is rerouted over the car to get better ground clearance. The car is also reinforced in the front and around the engine/transmission to protect it from rocks and collisions. Brake and fuel line is protected so the car is able to lie flat on the stomach. Gas tank is moved to the top of the car for improved safety. Spacers to the new springs is added to give better off-road capability.
