After 2 defeats in a row seemed to derail the Villager's journey to a possible playoff place, Ferriby faced up against Emley, one of the most consistent teams in the division.
Following promotion from the NCEL, the West Yorkshire outfit have been attracting good crowds and admiring glances as they have been around the top 2 all season. They also include one of the league's top scorers, Amir Berchil, who up to May of last year, was playing at the Dransfield.
However, Ferriby did have the hex on them - being one of a handful of teams who'd taken maximum points at the Fantastic Media Stadium - Mason Johnson's 2 goals in 5 minutes being the difference back in October.
So, could the Pewits steal a march on Chris, Robbo & the boys? Or could Ferriby end up with more than they expected (or should that be MOOR considering it's Emley?)
