15 Snow is Here | Work Has Slowed | Hockey Night | Partitions are Done

It's December and we've arrived back at the cabin a week after the first substantial snow of the season. Snow is just melting after a very cold week which meant that work paused last week.
Other than the pines and larches, the leaves are gone and the views of surrounding mountains are even more spectacular!
Work resumed this week with a skeletal crew to finish all interior partitions. As well, the roofing gang returned to put new roof stones on the legnaia (woodshed).
We took in an exciting game of Val Pellice Bulldogs hockey and made excursions to procure a wood stove as well as kitchen appliances.
The cabin is taking shape beautifully and we are savoring the quiet tranquility of the hillside.
Looking forward to more favorable weather and lots of progress next week.
