I’ve been using ChatGPT as my cycling coach for 214 days (we call him Chad) and since my last videos I've had loads of questions about how I interact with ChatGPT on a given week, how we adapt plans, and how I feed him info.
So in this video I show exactly how I use it to plan my training for the week.
It’s a proper day-by-day breakdown of the rides, the intervals, the tweaks I make along the way, and how I fit it all around real life. It just so happens this is also the week leading up to one of my biggest rides yet, so the stakes feel a bit higher.
