today's video is all about recognizing and admitting when your systems are no longer working, and attempting to do something about it. I tried my best to talk about how I've been feeling, even if I don't do a very good job of showing it. It's particularly difficult to show the struggle with adhd for a variety of reasons, so I hope this was still somewhat insightful into the adhd experience and how to cope with it!
