Welcome to a week in my life as a full-time realtor and broker in South Florida. In 2024, I crossed $101K in GCI, and in 2025 I’ve already more than doubled that ($200K+). In this video, I’ll take you behind the scenes as I film luxury new-construction condos with my husband (who doubles as my videographer), edit and upload content to YouTube, and juggle the daily realities of real estate—showings, inspections, cleanings, and a listing appointment. Along the way, I stay consistent with cold calls, follow-ups, and review requests while also building systems designed to scale my business toward $1M a year.

Of course, life isn’t all business.
