After this cook I realized I need to do baby back ribs more often. For this cook, I started by pulling the membrane off the back and went with no trimming on the bones. I then used a Yellow Bird hot sauce binder with my Double Smoke from spiceology. I then smoked them on the Traeger at 225° until they hit about 160°. I then wrapped in foil with butter, honey and a little more rub. Back on the grill until they were around 195°. To apply the sauce, I opened the foil and flipped the bones over. I poured the sauce on top and let cook for about 30 more minutes. 🐖
