This is basically like perk less sewers, but I'm finally doing it in the Suburbs, (didn't make that one first because I was lazy).
Rules are simple. I can't give Drav enough souls for a perk, I can't spend perk tickets/gamble souls at Kiosk, (the only perks I’m allowed to have are the required ones you get no matter what), I have to starve Drav if I can't reduce myself to one soul at the end of the level, and I can't use permeant upgrades.
