Guardians of the Galaxy Mission Breakout Breakdown and Evacuation

Tower C of the ride broke on the ride about 1:30 PM and I was lucky enough to be on the ride when it broke. The evacuation went like this: The ride stopped suddenly and the lights turned on. A voice came over the speakers saying to "remain calm" and told us "they could see and hear us at all times so if we need something just say it". The maintenance guys came after we were sitting there for about 20 minutes they opened the doors and told us they had to bring the elevator up to align it with the track. They then closed the doors and tried to fix it. 5 minutes later they told us they would have to lower us down to another area. we waited another 5 minutes and we started going down. We eventually got to the maintenance area where they pulled up a step ladder for us to get out of the vehicle. After everyone was out they led everyone up to the surface where we were lined up on the back of the building. A cast member came and gave us 3 fast passes for each person. They also gave us water bottles and food vouchers.
