Myself and a few family and friends went for a lovely Sunday morning run starting at Kilclief Beach. We ran up the coast road through Killard to Ballyhornan then back down some country roads to where we started. This was my daughter Amy my cousin Sonya and my nephew Sean's first time running the 10k distance. We then cooled down with a swim in the sea followed by tea coffee and buns. It was so satisfying watching everyone running, chatting, laughing and staying healthy. A great start to any day.
