40 MIN OFF SEASON FULL BODY TRAINING FOR FIGURE SKATERS | Pilates & Jumps (warm up & stretch included)

This workout is great for figure skaters who need to follow a workout, but don't have time to look through hundreds of videos and also for those who want to maintain their fitness level when they don't have ice. In this workout, we work the entire body and work on jump training, warm up and cool down stretch are included :)

I am offering online group & private classes! The group classes will be every Monday and Friday at 19:00 (Berlin Time) Classes are both 60min long AND GROUP CLASSES WILL BE RECORDED IF YOU MISS ONE💕💕

THESE CLASSES ARE FOR EVERYONE & ANYONE- SKATERS & NON-SKATERS

GROUP CLASSES ARE ALSO RECORDED IF YOU MISS A CLASS!

| MONDAY | Flexibility Yoga Flow (Vinyasa + Yin Yoga) 19:00-20:00
| WEDNESDAY | Yoga/Pilates Flow 19:00-19:40
| FRIDAY | Ballet Workout 19:00-20:00

Offering a range of classes from jumping/rotations, spinning, ballet, yoga, pilates, spiral & flexibility training. Classes range from 30min, 40min, 45min & 50min 60min. Whatever time and day.

| ONLINE FIGURE SKATING CLASS |

Offering lessons on jumps, spins, choreography, choreo polishing, skating skills and tricks (spirals, split jumps, etc.)

How it works:

With my obstbot tripod, my phone can follow my movements on the ice, so you are able to see what I am doing during the lesson.
