Ingredients
Cottage Cheese (Paneer) (Chaman) = 1 kg
Mustard Oil = 1 cup for frying and 2 table spoons for cooking
Ginger Powder ( Shounth) = ½ teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste (Dagith rohan te adrakh)= ½ teaspoon
Salt (Noon) = according to the taste
Fennel seed powder ( Beadiyaan) = 1.5 teaspoon
Turmeric (Leadir)= ½ teaspoon
Cumin (Zur) = 1 teaspoon
Cloves= 3 no.
Black cardamom (Beade Eale) = 1 no
Green cardamom (Sabz eale) = 5 no
Cinnamon ( Dalchini) = 1 no
Milk = ½ liter
Ghee = 1 teaspoon
