PORK BBQ WITH JAVA RICE! | BOODLE FIGHT IDEAS

These Pork BBQ and Java Rice combination are quite a match made in heaven. I love how they complement each other so well. Pork BBQ that's marinated overnight with a mixture of seasoning and spices. Juicy, tender, sweet, and savory that is very addictive with java rice. Add with your spicy dipping sauce and be sure to have your extra java rice ready. Hope you will try my version at home too.

Here are the ingredients:

For Pork BBQ:
3/4 kilo kasim, cut thinly
3/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp liquid seasoning
2 tsp pepper powder
1 whole lemon, squeezed
8 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup brown sugar

For Basting:
4-6 tbsp banana catsup
4 tbsp cooking oil

For Java Rice:
6 cups cooked rice
8 cloves garlic
1 tsp annatto powder
2 tsp turmeric powder
4 tbsp banana catsup
4 tbsp butter
salt to taste
granulated seasoning (optional)

Yield:
I made 16 pieces of Pork BBQ
