Company Tour 2025: Exploring Japan’s Mushroom Farm & Mentaiko(Fish Egg) Delicacy

Welcome back to another vlog! Today, I’m excited to share our unforgettable 2025 Company Tour here in Japan. This year, we had the chance to explore a real Mushroom Farm, and later on, we also visited a shop that sells Mentaiko (fish egg) — one of Japan’s most popular delicacies. 🍄🐟🇯🇵

Our first stop was the Mushroom Farm, where we saw how fresh mushrooms are grown, processed, and prepared before reaching consumers. The entire place was clean, organized, and filled with advanced systems that carefully control temperature, humidity, and lighting. I was truly amazed at how much dedication and teamwork the workers put into producing high-quality mushrooms. Every corner showed discipline, effort, and passion for their craft.

After the farm tour, we went to a Mentaiko shop, and it was such a fun experience! Mentaiko is a spicy and flavorful fish egg loved by many in Japan. Seeing different varieties, tasting samples, and learning more about how it’s made made the tour even more exciting. I even bought a small souvenir keychain as a remembrance — something to remind me of this special day.

This whole experience meant a lot to me. After everything we all went through during the pandemic, moments like this feel extra meaningful. Being able to explore, learn something new, bond with my coworkers, and enjoy simple joys is truly a blessing.
