PERFECT TANDOORI GREEN TIKKA RECIPE WITHOUT OVEN | Chicken Tikka In Fry Pan

Ingredients for First Marination :-

1 kg chicken quarter leg pieces
2 tbs ginger garlic paste
lemon juice of one lemon
marinate for 20 minutes

Ingredients for 2nd Marination:-

7-8 green chillies
1/2 cup mint leaves
1 cup coriander leaves
4 tbs hung curd

1 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp whole spice powder (garam masala)
2 tbs thick cream
2-3 tbs oil
Mix all the ingredients and marinate for overnight

2-3 tbs oil for grill chicken
2 tbs water
coal for smoke

Ingredients for Chutney :-

1 cup coriander leaves
1 green chilli
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbs thick yogurt
3 small ice cubes

Ingredients for salad :-
sliced onion
1 small chopped tomato
1 chop green chilli
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
chopped coriander leaves
