A smaller aperture makes a bigger depth of field...right? It's one of the first things we are taught in photography. Unfortunately for many people it's the ONLY thing they are taught about depth of field, and that leads to some fundamental misunderstandings about how it works. Because there's a lot more to depth of field than just the aperture. I really hope this video fills in the gaps for a lot of people.
