五花肉馅600克左右0:36，
料酒2勺1:40，
姜末30克1:55，
葱花200克（先放1/3）1:59，
生抽2勺2:13，
老抽半勺 2:19，
耗油半勺2:22，
甜面酱2大勺2:26，
鸡精少许2:33，
胡椒粉少许2:37，
白糖小半勺3:06，
剩余的葱花3:13，
500克面粉（中、高粉都可以）3:38，
酵母粉5克3:42，
白砂糖5克3:48，
猪油10克3:52，
水300克左右3:57，
• 包子做好之后醒发10多分钟，醒发好后热水起锅蒸20分钟左右，闷2分钟出锅。如果不醒发就凉水起锅，水开之后记时蒸20分钟左右，2发的包子会更软一些。

• 食谱都是摄氏度°C，华氏度℉ =摄氏度°C × 1.8 + 32°F。
