Raul was experimented on by supernatural scientists and dave they injected Raul with different supernatural abilities and traits but he managed to escape but it came with a price. The one he loves was kidnapped and he decided to turn himself in in exchange for her but wheb they met up he realized it was a trap and they wounded Raul with a poison arrow that is making him weak but he finds fresh blood to replenish his health.
He hurt Rae and Ryan when they were only trying to help him and Raul went on a killing spree unable to control his hunger and thirst for blood and revenge after they killed his girlfriend and left him all alone and scared. He will stop at nothing to kill them all.
