RECIPES
Quick Chickpea Curry
Ingredients:
1 cup boiled chickpeas, ⅓ cup oil, 1 cup sliced onions, 1 tbsp minced garlic,
2 black cardamom, few black pepper seeds, 1–2 bay leaves, 1 star anise,
2 pureed tomatoes, 1 tbsp tomato paste,
½ tbsp each coriander, cumin & Kashmiri chili powder, salt, fresh coriander.
Instructions:
1. Heat oil, fry onions till golden.
2. Add garlic & whole spices, sauté briefly.
3. Stir in tomatoes, paste & powdered spices.
4. Add chickpeas + little cooking water, simmer 10 mins.
5. Garnish with coriander & serve hot with rice or bread.
Tip: Adjust chili to taste and use chickpea water for extra flavor.

🍔 Zinger Burger Recipe
Ingredients
For Buns:
• 2 cups flour
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ½ cup warm milk
• 7g yeast
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 egg
• ¼ cup oil or melted butter
• Pinch of salt
• Sesame seeds
For Chicken:
• chicken breasts (fillet cut)
• ¼ cup milk
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• ½ tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp black pepper
• ½ tbsp garlic powder
For Coating:
• 1½ cups flour
• 1 tbsp cornflour
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp black pepper
• ½ tbsp garlic powder
• Salt to taste
For Sauce:
• 3 tbsp ketchup
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
Toppings:
• Salad leaves
• Cheese slices

Instructions
1. Prepare Buns:
Mix milk, yeast, sugar, egg, oil, salt, and flour. Knead well and let dough rest for 1 hour until doubled.
Shape into buns, brush with egg, sprinkle sesame seeds, and bake at 180°C for 18 mins. Cool before slicing.
2. Marinate Chicken:
Combine milk, vinegar, paprika, pepper, and garlic powder. Coat chicken and rest for 15–20 mins.
3. Coat & Fry:
Dredge chicken in the coating mix, dip in cold water, coat again, and fry on medium heat until golden and crispy.
4. Make Sauce:
Mix ketchup and mayonnaise.
5. Assemble Burgers:
Spread sauce on buns, add salad, fried chicken, cheese, and top bun.
Optionally toast with butter.
6. Serve & Enjoy:
Crispy chicken, soft buns — the perfect homemade zinger burger!

Homemade Blueberry Cake Recipe
Cake:
• 2 eggs
• A little less than 1 cup (≈150–160 g) sugar
• 2 tbsp yogurt
• ½ cup oil
• ½ cup milk
• 1½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 125 g blueberries
• 2 tbsp flour (to coat blueberries)
Frosting:
• 200 g cream cheese
• ¼ cup powdered sugar
• A little vanilla sugar
• 200 ml whipped cream (Kuohukerma from Lidl)
Decoration:
• Shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the cake batter
1. In a bowl, add 2 eggs and a little less than 1 cup sugar. Beat until fluffy.
2. Add 2 tbsp yogurt, ½ cup oil, and ½ cup milk. Mix well.
3. Add 1½ cups flour and 1 tsp baking powder. Mix until smooth.
4. Take 125 g blueberries, mix with 2 tbsp flour, and gently fold into the batter.
Step 2: Bake the cake
1. Pour the batter into a prepared baking pan.
2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 22 minutes.
3. Let the cake cool completely.
Step 3: Make the frosting
1. In a bowl, mix 200 g cream cheese, ¼ cup powdered sugar, and a little vanilla sugar.
2. Add 200 ml whipped cream and beat until whipped.
3. Put the frosting in the fridge until ready to use.
Step 4: Frost and decorate the cake
1. Spread the frosting evenly on top of the cooled cake.
2. Sprinkle a little shredded coconut on top (optional).
3. Put the cake in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.

Tips:
• Use fresh or frozen blueberries, but toss them in flour first to avoid sinking.
• Chill the frosting slightly for easier spreading.
