0:24 kokyu nage ( nukitsuke kesa ine hand )
Leg foot work : irimi enka
Go behind uke
The spirit is to cut the axis of uke not to push or pull on his hand
0:42 uke study
Uke as to keep a eye on tori to be able to evaluate
The distance of the cut in order to cancel it
1:40 differents leg work
Crossing in front of or behind the supporting leg to emphasise the kaiten effect
2:00 Ikkyo omote ura
Don’t push , use yours hands as you rise a ken then cut always controling uke axis until the end
3:50 Ikkyo ura
Don't move away from your partner by transferring your body weight to your back leg during the tekan
5:10 ude kime nage omote / ura
Based on do giri ( for the entry ) and kiri age nukitsuke for projection
Your omote entry has to cross your partner
Your arm movements come from your rotation hips
6:45 Uke still try to cancel the cuts by his contact and the lenght of his ukemi
Always cut uke axis dont focus on his arm
7:45 static start grabbing uke wrist but still keep the feeling of the cut moving around a fixed point
8:27 the end of ude kime age is similar to this kokyu nage (kiri age or shinkokyu…)
8:37 Naname irimi nage based on do giri for the entry and kesa nukitsuke for the end
9:36 shiho nage omote / ura based on do giri nukitsuke
Same as ude kime nage you must be able to cut and grab at the same time
10:35 turn under uke arm
11:50 kote gaeshi based on shin kokyu and kiri age
Each time you grab youmust be able to cut at the same time

15:14 gomukhasana streching (legs part)
