Path of Exile 2: Possibly Strongest Crossbow Build? Solving Huge Endgame Damage

Build Guide and Explanation of scaling mechanics for Crossbows, and in particular Shockburst. This setup is also full MoM and quite tanky. You can apply the same concepts to your Witch Hunter, Deadeye, or Gemling builds. The showcase build is not cheap or a starter setup, but the concepts around scaling can be applied to any crossbow build.

MY CURRENT INVESTMENT: Roughly 100-120 divines + an Astramentis which I just acquired and is overkill.

This is not a leveling guide, I'd recommend having HOWA and enough divines to grab some inexpensive stat gear. I used Gas Grenades to level because it required almost nothing to get off the ground.
