The Sazerac is an incredible classic cocktail from New Orleans that has cemented itself into American Cocktail history as one of the greats. In this video, I show you how to make the Perfect Sazerac. The original Sazerac used Cognac but the modern version uses Rye Whiskey. This version actually blends both Rye Whiskey and Cognac for delicious balance.
