2025 marks my tenth year living in London, yes, just a couple of weeks ago David and I celebrated our ten year anniversary as immigrant londoners. What does this mean, why are we living here, especially since it has been such a ridiculously rocky road, with so many problems, and annoyances, and god damn cockroaches aplenty. We came here young and doe-eyed, then after four years we left because honestly London wore us down and we started to really feel over the city. But after going back to Sweden for a bit, then a three year stint in Berlin, we came back. And now 6 years later, we have in total been here a decade. Here is all the stuff that happened, and what I’ve learnt about myself being an immigrant londoner.
