Victims' Family To Victor Rivera: 'You're A Disgusting, Selfish Coward'

"If it were up to me, I'd throw the key out." At sentencing for convicted killer Victor Rivera, family and friends of the victims Patricia Sweat and Matthew Champagne addressed the court with emotional victim impact statements. Victor Rivera also addressed the court during his sentencing, offering an apology for the "pain and suffering" caused by the killing.
