The Chu Chu Island storyline was revamped in the NEXT Update (Stargazer in GMS). Outside of one new use of the word 'Transcendent', there really weren't any dialogue changes in the story, although there's now an additional questline added at the end of the story to continue showcasing the Maple Alliance's efforts to send an expedition into the Arcane River.
Please note that there's a bug at the time of recording this storyline where the ending sequence of Chu Chu Island plays at the start of the storyline. I've spliced those cutscenes back to where they belong for the purposes of showcasing the story, but it's currently not working correctly in GMS.
