The slaves then celebrated on 2 January, known as Tweede Nuwe Jaar (Second New Year). Dates back Since 1907. Troops in Video four from Bo-Kaap ,Mitchells Plain, Hanover Park ,Mannenberg and greater Cape Flats areas.
