Among them, the one that really caught my attention was the non-spicy bibimbap. It reminded me of my childhood because my mom used to make this dish during the holidays, and it brought back those memories, making me want to have it again. 2 oz (50g) dried doraji (bellflower roots)
2 tablespoons salt (1 for soaking, 1 for rubbing)
2/3 tablespoon tuna fish sauce (or a pinch of salt)
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon cooking oil
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon ground sesame seeds
¼ cup kelp water or water
▶ Stir-fried Fernbrake, Gosari Namul

2 oz (50g) dried gosari (dried fernbrake)
1 tablespoon perilla oil (or sesame oil)
