Rinpoche began by explaining that Lama Tsongkhapa said in the Lojong Nyenatsig regarding action and result being unbetraying. If you create non-virtue, if you create virtue the result is happiness definitely. Then it is expandable, so avoid, from today abandon negative actions, from this night should attempt the virtue. Rinpoche said that the main thing is the more you practice Dharma, meditate, train your mind in lamrim, path to enlightenment, your realizations go higher and higher, you are able to benefit sentient beings more and more, deeper and deeper. As I went through the benefits many days, whatever you do with realization of bodhichitta wherever you go and whatever you do it always benefits sentient beings. So whole life, everything depends on your mind. If your mind is so selfish, so much attachment, anger, impatience, and so selfish, then everything becomes problems, then you find so much problems in your life. Rinpoche gave the oral transmission of Bodhisattva’s Jewel Garland. Rinpoche explained the incredible benefits of Namgyalma mantra, that in all your lifetimes your life always goes to enlightenment and you always see buddhas and bodhisattvas and it is very easy to go to a pure land.
