We had a lot of fun doing this section, although it wasn’t spectacular. We had a few mishaps. Slipped on cow patties, forgot our keys, ended up walking along Hwy 60, which is considered the most dangerous portion of the Florida Trail. For good reason! We ended up doing a total of 14.5 miles on this day. After completing this section, we drove to the Three Lakes trailhead and completed the next section of the trail. There will be a separate video for that.
