This video is a fan-made response to The Tim Traveller's Mediocre Mountain Challenge.
According to the topography map, there is a location further down the same path that has an elevation of 197m, but the map isn't really clear about whether that location belongs to Xinzhuang, or to neighboring Guishan in Taoyuan City, and from the looks of it there aren't any boundary markers on the ground either. However, the shrine is at least definitely in Xinzhuang — the address plaque clearly says so (and yes, the shrine has an address!) — and in any case 3 meters is close enough.
