Visiting Ayutthaya for the First Time – Is It Worth It? (1 Hour from Bangkok)

Over 400 years ago, Ayutthaya was one of the largest and most powerful cities in the world. Today, its ancient ruins stand as a haunting reminder of a once-great empire—and the perfect place for me to challenge myself.

I’ve been studying Thai for a while, but living in Bangkok makes it too easy to fall back into English. So in this video, I spend a weekend in Ayutthaya, where English is rare and my only option is to speak Thai or stay silent. 😅
