This is the most lowkey arm workout no one's talking about: exclusive FST-7 arm workout by Chris Bumstead's coach, Hany Rambod. The pump will be so insane, people won't believe you're natty. First up, we got the EZ bar curl. Do two sets of 10 reps. Go slow and squeeze those biceps. This move will give you sigma biceps peak and work your forearms too. Next, hit those dumbbell Spider Hammer Curls. Three sets of eight to ten reps. lift light weights and maintain good form. Then, switch to Tricep Pushdowns, one set until failure. Don't be sussy with your form. Slow it down, no swinging at all, and twist your wrist with each rep to really hit those triceps. After that, it’s seated cable curls. Two sets of 10 reps. This mainly targets the biceps brachii. For the grand finale, do single arm tricep pushdowns superset with diamond pushups. Two sets of 10 reps. Try to reach failure on your last set. Go full sigma mode on this one.
