Week #2 - The Garden is a Huge Help! $21 A Week Grocery Challenge 2025

I'm back with the 2025 Budget Grocery Challenge where I try to spend $21 CAD and make 21 meals! 7 Breakfasts, 7 Lunches and 7 Dinners! I roll over my left over and try to build a pantry over time so things get a bit easier as we go! This year's challenge is looking harder with crazy rising grocery prices so I've made some changes to this year's Challenge.

I'll be using produce from my garden & I'll have the use of a few pantry staples from my kitchen like spices, oil and baking powder! This week I added Lemon Juice and Vanilla to the staples I'm using!
