It took 6 hours, 2 hours each day.
HIBIKI; Japanese Harmony, is very good and famous Japanese whisky and have been winning many awards in recent years such as the gold medals of International Spirits Challenge and World's Best Blended Whisky.
I drink a little so I don't know the difference of tastes, but I like the calligraphic character "響 ;Hibiki" on the label which I think exquisite shape.
Does someone know the tool on the right below? That is to make the aroma of whisky or brandy by roasting the glass for about 10 seconds.
