Found this by chance at Fugetsu Restaurant in Naha Airport, Okinawa.
Its dry soba with braised pork belly, similar to Taiwnaese style. Flavour is a mixture of Japanese and Chinese.
Love this combination, this is why I love Okinawa. The unique food that you cant find in other parts of Japan.
