In this video, I provide instructions for maximizing the likelihood of a successful coating job on Matte paint. As you may know, matte paint is super fragile and cannot be polished if scratched, or if the coating is improperly applied. Therefore, preparation is key, and checking your work constantly is imperative.
This 2025 AMG CLE53 is currently (at the time of posting) the only one in this color, in the USA. While it is an honor to work on a vehicle like this, it certainly added to the stakes, but utilizing the steps in this video, it came out superbly well.
