This review is full of spoilers and intentionally so. Let me start off by acknowledging that I am aware that clearly he must be doing "something right" if he's made it this far. But I also know for a fact that many of the views he has received for this film are from people (like me) who want to see what all the hype is about and then find out we could have saved our time. All of his films feel more like Lifetime movies and not blockbuster films. If you're going to make dramas, there is a standard. The characters should have depth. Just...do better, sir.
