Getting enough EHP
1. max hit pool: life (str / life)
2. max hit pool: ES (flat es gear, spectral ward, %es jewels/passives on tree)
3. multi-hit pool: shrouds for multi-hit
4. mitigation: resistances
5. mitigation: evasion (gear, passives, tailwind)

Getting enough attributes
1. enough strength for xbow somewhere between 96 - 116 generally
2. enough int for lvl 19 ghost shrouds for 5 shrouds
3. enough int for boots generally between 80-121
4. enough int for weapon swap blink
5. enough dex for higher level HoT (more the better, 191 for lvl 19)
