Bird Watching | On The Homestead| Winter Birds Of January | Homesteading Birders 2022
Today we are sharing some of the birds which frequent our backyard and homestead in January a typically quiet time for birding. This homesteading birders collaboration was started by Ploughman's Backyard as a challenge to get homesteaders across the world out and enjoying the birds around their homesteads. Birds play an important part in a homestead ecosystem weather its a small backyard garden or a larger acreage you will find birds everywhere on he planet!

So hopfully this gets you out and inspires you to enjoy and document and eventually encourage birds around your homestead! Stay tuned for more monthly updates on the changes in the bird community around the homestead in 2022!
